Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Alle produkter fra Wadahl-Art er laget på bestilling og produseres spesielt for deg. Av denne grunn aksepterer vi ikke retur eller bytte ved ombestemmelse.

Skadede eller defekte varer Mottar du en vare som er skadet, ber vi deg kontakte oss innen 14 dager fra mottaksdato på [din e-post] med ordrenummer og bilder av skaden. Vi videresender saken til vår produksjonspartner Creative Hub (info@theprintspace.co.uk) som vil vurdere skaden. Ved godkjent reklamasjon sendes en erstatning uten ekstra kostnad for deg. I noen tilfeller kan vi be om at varen returneres – returkostnader dekkes i så fall av oss.

Vesentlig forsinkelse Vi tilbyr refusjon dersom en vare er vesentlig forsinket. Merk at normale postforsinkelser eller forsinkelser i toll ikke kvalifiserer for refusjon. Angrerett I henhold til norsk angrerettlov har forbrukere som hovedregel 14 dagers angrerett. Merk at angreretten ikke gjelder for varer som er laget etter forbrukerens spesifikasjoner eller som er gitt et tydelig personlig preg, jf. angrerettloven § 22 bokstav b.

Ønsker du å benytte angreretten for en vare som er kvalifisert, må du kontakte oss innen 14 dager fra mottaksdato på [trygve@wadahl-art.com]. Returkostnader ved angrerett dekkes av kunden.

Return and Refund Policy

All products from Wadahl-Art are made to order and produced specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Damaged or defective items If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will forward the case to our production partner Creative Hub (info@theprintspace.co.uk) for assessment. If approved, a replacement will be sent free of charge. In some cases, we may request the return of the item — return costs will be covered by us in such cases.

Significant delays We offer refunds if an item is significantly delayed. Please note that normal postal delays or delays due to customs will not qualify for a refund. What constitutes a significant delay is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [trygve@wadahl-art.com] and we will investigate together with Creative Hub (info@theprintspace.co.uk).

Right of withdrawal Under Norwegian consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 (b).

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal for an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email]. Return shipping costs for withdrawal are covered by the customer.

Right to complain If the item has defects or faults, Norwegian consumer law gives you the right to file a complaint within 5 years of the purchase date. Please contact us at [trygve@wadahl-art.com] and we will find a solution.
